Job Description

  • Perform analysis of operations performance, planning & scheduling data, relating to Turn Round Time (TRT), On Time Delivery (OTD), adherence (clocked time versus standard time), repair rates, repair part flow, task scheduling, part queue time and dwell time, machine Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), capacity planning, workcenter performance metrics etc.
  • Design new reports or modify existing reports to enable comprehensive analysis of operations performance, planning & scheduling data
  • Interpret and translate data into business insights, and identify areas of weakness or deviation from standards
  • Work with relevant departments and workcenters to identify root causes of weakness or deviation, and propose new improvement projects
  • Participate in the identified improvement projects from data perspective, and determine metrics to measure success
  • Regularly update standard Business Reporting for Management Use
  • Undertake any other tasking assigned by supervisor

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Physics, or other related disciplines that possess an analytical and quantitative component from a reputable institution
  • Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in an Engine Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) setting
  • Competency in any of the following areas preferred: Data visualisation tool / PowerBI or similar (Tableau, Qlik) / Database knowledge - SQL or similar / Programming language (e.g. Python, R, Java)
  • Highly analytical & data driven, able to derive business insights from data
  • Ability to articulate analysis outcome in a clear and concise manner
